Forbes recently announced plans to go public through a business combination with Magnum Opus , a special purpose acquisition company , which is expected to close in Q1 of 2022.Magnum Opus Acquisition Limited is a special purpose acquisition company sponsored by L2 Capital, a private investment firm.
