Forensics search of Glasgow street linked to murder bid probe, cops reveal.
A forensic search of a Glasgow street is linked to an attempted murder investigation, cops have revealed.
We previously reported that officers had swooped on Mansionhouse Road in the city's Southside on Sunday afternoon.Police have now confirmed that the search was in relation to their investigation into the alleged attempted murder of a man in Pollok.We also reported previously that three men are due to appear in court in connection with the alleged incident.
Detective Inspector Phillip Kennedy said: “Three men – aged 34, 34 and 40 – have been arrested and charged in connection with the attempted murder of a man in Glasgow.“All three are due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, August 28, 2023, and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal. “Further enquiries into the attack remain ongoing and officers carried out a related search in the Mansionhouse Road and Langside Avenue area, on Sunday, August 27, 2023.
