Former BLACK6IX member Kim Hyun Jae sues alleged bullying victim for false accusations

"Kim Hyun Jae, who was claimed to be the perpetrator of school violence and dropped out of the idol audition program 'Peak Time', has filed a 500 million won lawsuit against the accusers for false claims of school violence.
According to his legal rep, Kim Hyun Jae attended elementary and middle school on Sangjeongdo Island in Jeollanam-do, which had a population of 800 households. Because of the small population, Kim Hyun Jae attended elementary and middle school with 10 classmates throughout, and if he had bullied a classmate, there would be more witnesses who remember. The lawyer further stated the statements of school seniors, teachers, and police are also being presented as evidence in the lawsuit.
