James Strauss alleges Joel Macdonald’s actions caused him to miss out on as much as $15 million from the sale of shares in the scandal-plagued GetSwift.
A retired Melbourne footballer has launched legal action against a former teammate, accusing him of misleading and deceptive conduct that denied him a multi-million-dollar windfall from a technology company they founded together.
