Robin Folsom, 43, of Atlanta, was indicted last week by a Fulton County grand jury on three counts of false statements and one count of identity fraud, all felonies, according to a news release from the Georgia Office of the Inspector General. An email from a person claiming to be the child’s father was sent to GVRA officials saying that Folsom had been mandated to take several weeks of rest after giving birth.
