Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell says the release of the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide interim report “sharply criticises the Morrison government” for their failure to act on recommendations from previous inquiries.

He said Veterans Affairs Minister Matt Keogh “committed to action today”, with the full Royal Commission “set to run for another two years”.
