Ex-Seahawks star was arrested last August in Nevada
The 8 News Now report states that obtained documents show Lynch’s blood alcohol level was 0.18 at the time of the incident. That is slightly more than twice the legal limit in Nevada, which also states that sitting in the driver’s seat means a person is in control of the vehicle.
Charges against the 37-year-old Lynch include DUI liquor and/or drugs, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to drive in a travel lane. Lynch’s lawyers, according to the report, will argue that there is no physical evidence that he drove the car to its final location. Lynch played in the NFL from 2007 through 2019 for the Buffalo Bills, Seattle Seahawks and Oakland Raiders.
