WATCH THE VIDEO ABOVE: Daniel Anderson rushed to hospital.According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Anderson was dumped on his neck by a big wave, which reportedly caused the 55-year-old to suffer a cardiac arrest.
He was airlifted to Royal North Hospital where he was put on a ventilator but remains in a stable condition.“Daniel Anderson was involved in an accident on December 30,” a Roosters spokesperson said in a statement. He began his coaching career at the New Zealand Warriors in 2001 where he enjoyed immediate success in taking the club to the finals and then the grand final in 2022 where he was also awarded the Dally M Coach of the Year.
