Meyer left his TV position when he became coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars last year. He was fired after 11 losses in 13 games and some off-field public relations issues.
Meyer went 83-9 in seven seasons as Ohio State head coach, winning the 2014 national championship. He is 187-32 overall as a college coach, including stints at Bowling Green, Utah and Florida, where he won two national championships.
Fox’s Big Noon Saturday coverage team will again include Gus Johnson on play-by-play, Joel Klatt as studio analyst and Jenny Taft as sideline reporter. Joining Meyer in the studio for Big Noon Kickoff will be Rob Stone, Brady Quinn, Reggie Bush and Matt Leinart.
