Jane Woodside, 29, was arrested on Wednesday and was given a $50,000 bond after police say she had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old in 2018.

A former softball coach at West Shamokin High School was arrested this week after police say she had sexual contact with a teen back in 2018.Police say she had sexual contact with a teen, who was 15 and a freshman at the time, at her home in 2018. Pennsylvania State Police say the victim claims she had sex “at least twice” in Woodside’s home.

Per reports, the Armstrong School district said Armstrong County Children, Youth and Family Services let them know on March 2 that Woodall was being investigated for the allegations and she was placed on leave then.Police say they have texts that Woodside sent the teen asking her not to share details of their interactions and “would deny what happened between them,” according to a report.

She has reportedly been charged with statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, institutional sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, indecent assault and corruption of minors.
