Dennis Judd, 69, was charged this week in Eighth District Court with three misdemeanor counts. An initial appearance has not been set yet as all judges in the district have recused themselves from the case., employees at Judd’s law firm in Vernal discovered pornographic images in the office. After further investigation, prosecutors said, they found videos that “showed recordings of Judd’s various female employees using the bathroom.
Prosecutors said they also found a video file showing Judd “putting up a camera inside the employee bathroom ceiling vent.” Additionally, a folder was also found with images of one of Judd’s female employees, along with notes about “detailed discussions between Judd and and conclusions he had made about her sex life, personal habits, and gynecologic history.”. He had been working in private practice but was employed recently as a city prosecutor in both Vernal and Naples, KUTV 2News confirmed.KUTV 2News was unable to immediately reach Judd for comment on the charges.
