The misconduct hearing was told that the public would be 'appalled' to hear what the volunteer did in his free time
A former volunteer Northamptonshire Police officer who appeared to have sex with someone as they lay unconscious would have been sacked had they not quit. The ex-special constable, who was only referred to as WB because of an ongoing criminal investigation, was given a sexual risk order in 2022 over concerns police felt he posed to the general public.
In a search, officers found a video of him having consensual sex with a female in which he strangled her. He appeared to continue to have sex after she lost consciousness. Other footage of another female was found. Police interviewed the two females. One said they were told by WB to say they were older than they were. They were older than 16 and legally able to have sex but were still asked to lie by the special constable.
