The incident occurred after a verbal altercation with a customer turned violent, resulting in Urban being punched in the head. The assailant, a 25-year-old man from Seville Grove, allegedly fled the scene in a white utility vehicle and is due to face court today on charges of common assault and causing grievous bodily harm.
Urban, who was released from jail last year after serving 18 months of a three-year sentence for forgery and perjury, was elected to parliament in 2017 but resigned in 2018 due to extensive lies about his education and military service
