Former Wallabies player Drew Mitchell has been filmed showing raw emotion before and after Australia’s 40-6 loss to Wales at the Rugby World Cup.
The loss means the Wallabies are all but certain to be knocked out before reaching the quarter-finals for the first time at a World Cup.
“The thing on those selections though Eddie sits and goes ‘yeah it's my fault I take full responsibility’ what the f**k does that mean though? Like he doesn't get dropped this week he's not not coaching next week,” he told The Good, The Bad and the Rugby Australia podcast. “Why the f**k have you not selected Michael Hooper, Quade Cooper? Like to come out and actually tell us as fans why have you not picked these guys because now we're seeing the result of you not picking some of these guys.” Jones insisted he was “committed” to Australian rugby but did not categorically rule out taking up a job with Japan next year when speaking to the media after the Wales game.
