A Fortnite leak hints that Spider-Man's Green Goblin, Mary Jane, and a mystery NPC will arrive at the game’s Daily Bugle location in an upcoming update.

A new Fortnite leak hints that Green Goblin and Mary Jane NPCs will arrive at the game’s Daily Bugle location, as well as a third mystery NPC directly from the Spider-Man universe. Epic Games recently launched Fortnite Chapter 3, which added web-slinging, sliding, tornadoes, new wildlife, and a plethora of new weapons and items. The game also made the switch to Unreal Engine 5, though it’s unclear what benefits the upgrade will grant the battle royale.

One of the most notable changes in Fortnite Chapter 3 was the inclusion of Spider-Man in various forms, including three unique skins, his iconic web-shooters, and the Daily Bugle location. While some players believed Fortnite’s Spider-Man skin’s emote had pay-to-win mechanics, others were happy with the update overall, with some even claiming the web-slinging ability is better than Marvel’s Avengers.

There's 3 NPCs that are set to spawn at the Daily Bugle, one is Mary Jane who sells an infinite Webshooter for 400 Gold, one might be Green Goblin because of foundation's glider animations & how Epic said 'Spiderman's friends & enemies are coming to the game', idk about the 3rd.. pic.twitter.com/bgZQ94EtYBLast month, Fortnite added Spider-Man: No Way Home skins, including Zendaya’s MJ and Tom Holland’s version of Spider-Man.

HYPEX’s Fortnite leak does have merit considering Fortnite’s recent inclusion of Spider-Man characters, lore, and abilities, but should still be taken with a grain of salt until confirmed. It would certainly make sense that web-slingers would need to find Mary Jane to stock up on infinite web cartridges, and having the ability to ride on Green Goblin’s iconic glider would be an aspect fitting for the battle royale.
