Victoria Police pursued a carload of young teenagers through Glen Waverley for more than two hours in the early hours of Tuesday.

Victoria Police were forced to chase a carload of young teens through Glen Waverley for more than two hours in the early hours of Tuesday.

A service station staff member at a business on Canterbury Road contacted police which prompted officers to launch a patrol of the area. The ute was spotted by police on Wellington Road about 12.35am and air wing units were deployed to track the car from the sky. A second round of stop sticks were deployed while police officers pursued the ute before it crashed into a tree and all four boys allegedly attempted to flee the scene on foot.A 13-year-old boy, a 14-year-old Doveton boy and a 15-year-old Springvale boy were arrested nearby about 2am.The responding officers were a part of Operation Trinity, a police operation which runs each night until dawn.
