At least 14 people have died and dozens have been injured after a billboard fell on them during a thunder storm in Mumbai .
The billboard collapsed on some houses and a petrol station next to a busy road in the eastern suburb of Ghatkopar following gusty winds and rain late on Monday. "We have located them but we cannot remove them due to this petrol pump and the situation can be hazardous," he said. The agency that owns the billboard did not have a permit from the BMC to put up the hoarding, a local municipal body said in a statement.
