Another man has been brought before the courts over the suspected gangland murder of a father and son who were gunned down in Western Sydney. 9News
Sagar Sagar, 23, is the fourth man to be charged over the alleged double murder of Toufik and Salim Hamze, who were gunned down in their red ute in westernIn the shooting at Guildford early on October 20, 2021, Salim, 18, died in the vehicle. His 64-year-old father died later on at Westmead Hospital.Sagar briefly faced Parramatta Local Court on Wednesday charged with two counts of accessory after the fact to murder.
Hamza was the second person charged over the shooting after a 20-year-old man was earlier brought before the courts.Elizabeth Holmes legal battle update: Disgraced Theranos founder loses latest bid to avoid In November last year, Hamza was hit with two counts of murder and one count of knowingly directing the activities of a criminal group.
