Justina Cho, 28, a social worker who dreamed of starting her own fashion label, died on Sunday night surrounded by her family.

A second Australian has died a fortnight after the Seoul crowd crush, bringing the total death toll to at least 158 from the tragedy in the alleyways of Itaewon.

Cho was among a group of four Australians that went to Seoul’s vibrant Itaewon district to party after years of study, work and a pandemic that upended the best years of millions of young people in South Korea.
