Officials with the department tell FOX 13 News the wheel lock is a good theft deterrent, but it is not a guarantee your car is safe.The Puget Sound Auto Theft Task Force also reports KIA is introducing a new and free anti-theft software upgrade for cars impacted by this theft trend.
