Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened is on track for its Q1 2023 launch
, despite the country's continued weathering of Russian missile attacks. The studio has now released a trailer for the game, giving us a look at the Unreal Engine 4 remake of the 2006 Sherlock adventure, and dedicating the game to their fellow Ukrainians."This game is dedicated to all of those that lost their lives and livelihood due to the terror that swept our nation. Slava Ukraini," reads the message at the start of the new trailer, which you can check out below.
This adventure sees the pair investigating a cult of Eldritch god worshippers, who like any cult worth its salt, are attempting to bring about a world-altering prophecy. The story will explore the friendship between Holmes and Watson, diving into the trauma and fear that binds them together via a"creative take" that offers horror-filled and reality-breaking events.
