Food Standards Australia says there are concerns the tray may melt during the cooking process.

A crucial packaging error has triggered the recall of a range of popular frozen meals sold at supermarkets.

Customers who have bought three Patties Food Group On The Menu Entree products are advised by Food Standards Australia to return the product for a full refund.How supermarket specials are hurting fruit and vegetable growers"The recall is due to an error on the packaging. Oven cooking instructions are not compatible with the product tray," FSA said.
