Banks all across the country have seen a growing trend in people choosing online banking over going into their local branch.
A recent survey conducted by Accenture revealed that one out of three individuals still prefer conducting their banking activities in person. One surprising result of the survey is that one-in-five customers between the ages of 18 and 34 said they prefer banking in-person.This number skyrockets as you move into higher age groups. For example, nearly half of those surveyed aged 55 and above said they prefer in-person banking.
