NSW Police arrested more than 150 protesters and handed out a whopping 573 fines after responding to 79 illegal demonstrations at NSW Parliament and council chambers across the state.
More than 900 officers were deployed to conduct patrols on Tuesday morning ahead of the 79 unauthorised protests held across New South Wales.

Picture: NCA NewsWire/ Gaye Gerard Other protesters were charged with a variety of offences including various breaches of the public health order, assault police, resist arrest, refusing to comply with police direction, and failing to move on.
