One lucky winner in West Yorkshire will be receiving £50,000.
A new month has brought about thousands of new winners of the National Savings and Investment Premium Bond prize, with one lucky winner in West Yorkshire winning £50,000. Through the, NS&I has confirmed that two jackpots of £1million have been won by British investors in the south.
A winner from Hertfordshire held £15,000 in Premium Bonds while the winner in Essex held £25,000. Premium Bonds were first introduced in 1956 and are now owned by approximately 21 million people in the UK. Those with bonds have the opportunity to win tax free prizes between £25 and £1million. Here is a run down of which bond numbers have won prizes for people in West Yorkshire in November, as well as information on how the prize draw works and who can hold a Premium Bond.When you set up a bond, you will receive a unique number for every £1 you invest. So for example, if you invest £100 you will receive 100 bond numbers and each will have a chance of winning.
After holding a bond for a month, your number will be added to a monthly draw. You can buy them for yourself or on behalf of your child, grandchild or great-grandchild.
