There’s been a lot of movement on the Domino’s share register as one of the best-performing stocks on the local market delivers wild share price swings.
Just the thought of Domino’s Pizza set appetites racing across the pandemic as the group’s shares went gangbusters on the back of a lockdown-induced pizza delivery boom.
On May 17, Brisbane-based growth manager Hyperion revealed it took an opposite view to Bennelong and increased its shareholding from 5.01 per cent to 6.21 per cent.While one of Domino’s biggest shareholders is now Los Angeles-based $US2.3 trillion investment giant The Capital Group. The Capital Group’s future intentions are unknown, but among powerful asset managers Domino’s enjoys a lot of competition to get on the register thanks to its exceptional long-term growth in same-store sales, store numbers and earnings.
