GDragon nabbed as global ambassador for Tiger Beer's new soju-infused lager
On April 17 KST, the Singaporean beer brand announced they have partnered with G-Dragon to promote a new soju-infused lager. The beer comes in four flavors – Gutsy Grape, Cheeky Plum, Wonder Melon, and Punchy Peach – and ranges from 4.0 - 5.5% ABV. According to the brand's press release, the new lager is inspired by the rising popularity of K-culture, particularly soju, adding,
"Tiger's latest innovation goes beyond lager with a range of natural flavors that appeals to Millennial and Gen Z consumers who seek out products that bring an exciting fusion of progressive flavor and innovative experimentation." The campaign currently includes both promotional photos and a commercial film where G-Dragon is seen enjoying some of the new beer in a fun club-like setting.
