At 46, the ‘America’s Got Talent’ judge looks better than ever.
But Union works hard for that body. Just last night, the star shared a series of workouts to her Instagram story during a pre-actress has been in recovery mode. “After 2 weeks off for eye surgery these are hard asf,” she captioned a video of her banging out a full-body exercise on the floor of Heart & Hustle gym.We’re not yet sure what kind of surgery Union underwent, but it doesn’t look like it made her any less stronger.
After her floor move, she moved on to straight leg sit-ups using a cable, followed by toe-taps. “Like I never left!” she captioned the clip.The rest of her total-body workout included arm and leg exercises using her bodyweight, dumbbells, and a medicine ball. She finished everything off with a quick cardio session. “Push it! We got this S--t!” she captioned the video.
