The former TOWIE star, 42, has previously been open about her cosmetic procedures and "tweakments".
Gemma said: “Mum always told me that it’s not about the size of your waist, boobs or lips, at the end of the day it comes down to your personality." It comes as the star revealed that she’s thinking of leaving her long-time home in Essex to relocate to Surrey. Back in October last year, Gemma was on the hunt for a second property after "outgrowing" her Essex mansion.
