Gemma Owen is already back at the gym
Gemma Owen revealed she’s returned to the gym after Christmas, as she shared a selfie in her gym gear.
Captioning the photo, she shared how she was looking forward to returning to her exercise routine after spending Christmas with her family.It comes after the star, who is the daughter of footballer Michael Owen, once again discussed her split from Luca Bish. "Overall, it's been a really good year that I definitely won't forget. I don't have any regrets, which is really important."
On that in-development fly-on-the-wall TV series reported earlier this month, the star went on to share: "In terms of TV shows, I'm still in very early discussions. Nothing's been confirmed yet. I love the idea of being back on TV. But at the moment, I'm just trying to figure out what would fit best and just sort of exploring all options."
