New community breaks ground in southeast Calgary with room for 2,000 homes.
Logan Landing is one of three new neighbourhoods identified in the city’s Ricardo Ranch Area Structure Plan, encompassing land south of 212th Avenue S.E. This prime piece of riverside land, recently annexed from Foothills County, is south of Seton on the north side of the Bow River as it flows east of Deerfoot Trail. The development will feature three distinct sections: the Ridge, the Bench and the Valley. Approximately 2,000 homes are slated to be built.
“We aspire to provide residents lifestyle options that balance nature with city living. In Logan Landing, you can hear the Bow River just outside your window while all the amenities and conveniences of Seton Urban District are just a short distance away,” said Genesis Land vice-president of land development, Brendan McCashin.Article content
The community will feature front-garage, laned and attached product in entry level/move-up price points. Builders are being finalized.
