Eager for the memory of their mother to be more than the 'unidentified' woman, Scott and Glen Morrison have come forward to honour the much-loved grandmother, friend and businesswoman.
The men have spent a few days tracing the final moments of their mother and her business partner Garry Edser, who both died while prospecting earlier in November.The sons of a 69-year-old woman who perished while prospecting in Queensland's Gulf Country remember their selfless and generous mum as a "hero".
"Every time she was … staying with us, she was on her computer talking to Garry to take the next step in the business venture … they were very excited," Glen said. The SES said at the time that it appeared the pair perished after going "up the wrong creek heading back to their vehicle".
