Graphic footage of a man being brutally bashed by protesters in the US has gone viral. But this is what actually happened.
Schaffer claimed online the man had been trying to defend his store in the Dallas area before taking to the street and chasing the protesters with a sword.But the injured man posted on social media to explain what really happened.
“Access to my building is restricted but I couldn’t help but worry about it being breached,” he said. The man was soon surrounded as he was chased by the group, who attacked him and stomped him before leaving him bleeding on the ground.Dallas Police arrested more than 74 people on Saturday as they protested and rioted in the streets and on a freeway in the city.
