SCREECHING STOP: Germany recalls 59,000 Teslas over global 'software glitch'

The recall pertains to Tesla models Y and 3, though it is unclear how many of the 59,000 affected vehicles are registered in Germany, according to Reuters. The country's road traffic agency says the glitch impacts the car's ability to contact first responders in the event of a serious accident.for Tesla this year. Musk's company has had to recall more than 700,000 vehicles since April, many of them more than once.
