Asked if she thought the cost of living was better for Aussies now than two years ago when the Albanese government was elected into office, Ms Cash stated"the answer is no". "But what it shows is, despite Mr Albanese promising the world before the election, basically he misled Australians because Labor's actions since the election have seen this dramatic rise in the cost of living.Ms Cash's comments follow asome Australians are going to in order to put food on the table.

"Members of our community who are nurses have reached out to us, and said they're studying full time, working as nurses and they're also having to go to the bins to get food because that is the most economically and environmentally friendly way to source these essential items," she said.
