Classic Nintendo DS puzzle adventure Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective is getting a remaster this summer, Capcom has announced.
The welcome news was first revealed during last night’s Nintendo Direct broadcast for the Switch, and soon afterwards Capcom confirmed it’ll also be coming to Xbox, PlayStation and PC as well.Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective release window
Officially, it’s being released for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. However, it’ll be backwards compatible on the newer Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 consoles too. Waking up as a ghost in a junkyard, it’s up to you to use your new ghostly powers to both investigate the crime, and manipulate the environment in order to uncover clues and progress through the story.The remaster will include a bunch of updates and new features to the DS original – including of course an upgrade to the game’s visuals to support 1080p and 60fps.
