Scots are being warned of the nasty side effects from touching a poisonous plant while spending time outdoors.
Advising on what to do, Dr Fernandez explained: "If you ever find yourself in this situation, first, it's important to get away from the plant. Then, rinse the exposed area with cold water immediately and as thoroughly as you can." "Don’t just brush it off – it’s always better to err on the side of caution when it comes to your health."
