A monster jellyfish has washed up on a popular beach

attracting the attention of visitors. It's estimated to be one metre in width and was brought in by the tide.

In mid-May another giant jellyfish was found on the beach at Aberdyfi, in North Wales. A passerby took a snap of it and uploaded it to social media - causing quite a stir. As Barmouth is a popular tourist spot, some people have been quick to warn people about the jellyfish. “Don’t be dipping your toes in when u go,” warned one woman. Another agreed: “Oh my goodness!!! Nooooooo, that’s me even more nervous.” A man from the West Midlands has already seen enough. “Cancelled my holiday now, thanks,” he said, with tongue only slightly in cheek.
