Gina Rinehart has been celebrated in Cambodia for her ‘distinguished services’ in recognition of her ongoing charity work for children in south-east Asia.
Gina Rinehart has been celebrated in Cambodia , receiving the country’s highest honour for non-citizens, for years of inspiring charity work to allow girls in poverty to attend university.
The Australian mining magnate was photographed wearing a red royal sash as 10 girls from poor backgrounds stood beside her smiling proudly. “Through intervention and education for the youth, Hancock Prospecting is proud to support the Cambodian Children’s Fund ,” the statement read. The Australian businesswoman also said back in 2015 she kept regular contact with the girls who were at different stages of their university education.
