The girlfriend of one of the Perth brothers killed execution-style on a surfing trip in Mexico said her “heart is shattered into a million pieces” after losing her best friend. The bodies of Callum, 33, and Jake Robinson, 30, and their American friend, Jack Carter Rhoad, 30, have been identified by family after they were found in a well.
Bodies of Perth brothers Callum and Jake Robinson identified in Mexico. All three were shot in the head in a botched robbery by thieves who wanted their ute for spare parts, authorities believe. Callum’s girlfriend Emily Horwath paid tribute to her partner as “one of one”. “My heart is shattered into a million pieces,” she said. “I don’t have the words right now. “I will love you forever.” Friends remembered the 33-year-old as “one of the most beautiful and loving souls”.
