Th airport’s FlightPath Fund has awarded £4144 to ensure children across 20 local schools see ‘Plop! In The Ocean’ - a collaboration with Glasgow-based registered charity HopscotchThe production is based on Sarah's experiences during a sailing expedition across the Atlantic, and the diary she kept whilst on her travels.
Thomas McCulloch, producer and general manager at Hopscotch Theatre, said: “Plop! in the Ocean is our first in-person touring production since 2019. ‘Plop! In The Ocean’ has now been performed in four of the 20 schools in Glasgow, Renfrewshire, and East and West Dunbartonshire, with the remaining 16 performances taking place this month.READ MORE:Archie Hunter, chair of the FlightPath Fund, said: “Our committee was really impressed with both the application from the Hopscotch Theatre Company and the central themes of this fabulous production.
