Glasgow Airport is set to enjoy its busiest period since 2019 with an estimated 600,000 passengers likely to journey through the terminal over the next three weeks.
During the coming weeks, it's predicted that an average of 30,000 passengers will travel through Glasgow Airport daily, spread over more than 240 flights. Glasgow Airport has arranged for additional staff to be available during peak times over the summer to provide much-needed assistance and support to travellers during the check-in and security processes.
"As always, it’s important that travellers ensure they’re prepared for security and all liquids, gels and pastes being carried in hand luggage should be 100ml or less and presented in the clear bags provided ahead of security.
