A cake shop owner lost a whopping seven stone and 'completely changed her life'.
Abby Redmond began her journey in May 2021 after becoming upset when she saw herself in a swimsuit, describing it as her 'rock bottom' moment.
"One day I went swimming and I was in the changing rooms, put my costume on, looked at myself in the mirror and started crying. I thought 'Abby, you’ve went too far now, your body’s wrecked'. "I've lost seven stone and I've got so much stronger - I love deadlifting. I never thought I’d be excited for getting strong but that to me is more exciting than the weight loss."
Thanks to their popularity, Abby is once again up for an award for 'health foods and supplement supplier' at this year's Scottish Health and Fitness Awards in June.
