Glasgow City Council are undertaking 'vital environmental maintenance' by carrying out an essential gully cleaning
Glasgow City Council have launched a Gully Cleaning Programme which will help prevent certain issues across the city.
Written on their website, the local council warn: "We need residents to comply with the restrictions in order for your street to receive environmental improvement works, including gully cleaning, street sweeping, lining works, pot hole repairs, deweeding and delittering."When this programme is on your street, a Temporary Traffic Restriction Order will be highlighted as being in place. This means for the times stated please DO NOT park your vehicle on the street.
These are a full list of streets to be targeted - with some having already been completed at the end of last month.
