A Glasgow contestant on ITV 's hit show The 1% Club made history after splitting a record-breaking jackpot in a tense and nail-biting final.
Host Lee Mack asked the final five: "What connects the following words?" with the words in question being haunt, mumble, sonic and granite. Everyone waited patiently for the answer as ITV viewers at home were on the edge of their seats in the nerve-wracking wait. "It's family members, they all contain a family member, congratulations you three," Lee exclaimed as the studio audience clapped for the trio.
One ITV viewer said: "Got the 1 percent question right for the first time ever! Though I'll be honest I'm sure the cup question was a lot harder #1percentclub."
