Around 150 participants were expected to gather on Millroad Street in Calton at 10.30am before marching to La Pasionaria Statue at Custom House Quay along the Clyde Walkway.However, Chief Superintendent Mark Sutherland, Divisional Commander for Greater Glasgow Division, made the decision to prevent the procession from going ahead"as a last resort" due to the potential impact of a planned counter-protest.
