But, the first offender was found guilty of attempted murder following a trial at the High Court in Glasgow.She is due to be sentenced later this month in Edinburgh.Sinclair told jurors she was "not really bothered" her 27 year-old ex was with Charmaine. Charmaine came out and - following "arguing and raised voices" - she then appeared to back away from Sinclair's car.
One witness told police: "I personally think the driver deliberately ran over the female and made sure the back wheel went over too."
