It has been claimed that TJ Holmes has filed for divorce from his wife amid his rumored romance with Amy Robach. The Good Morning America host tied the knot with Marilee Fiebig in 2010, and they share daughter Sabine together.
They celebrated their 12-year wedding anniversary earlier this year, but the 45-year-old has reportedly submitted paperwork to formally end their marriage.He has yet to speak about the divorce claims publicly.
The reports came just hours after pictures emerged of TJ and Amy – who has also been married to Andrew Shue for 12 years –The pair have worked together for some time and have shared a jovial friendship on screen, but their bond came under scrutiny last month when they were spotted looking very cozy in New York.Other photos saw them enjoying a getaway – leading to questions regarding the nature of their relationship.
They initially ignored the drama and continued on with their hosting duties, causing ‘mass confusion’ behind the scenes of GMA3.In the wake of the headlines, they were eventually taken off air, with an internal investigation into what went down. According to reports, the stars are facing an internal review over their working relationship – and will remain off-air until this is complete.
ET reports that ABC News president Kimberly Godwin issued a memo earlier this month, explaining that the investigation is taking place.
