Joe Gomez has been a key foundation of Liverpool's charge for Premier League success and now finds himself recalled to the England squad for the first time since November 2020
In total, it's now 248 appearances since making his debut for Charlton Athletic way back in 2014 that the 26-year-old has failed to find the back of the net in his professional career.

At Anfield, it has been Gomez's practicality to play right across the back line - right back, centre back, left back, and even midfield in recent weeks - that has spearheaded Liverpool's quest for an unprecedented quadruple, having already won the League Cup and still targeting victories in the Premier League, Europa League and FA Cup.
