The flowers only appear for a few weeks each year
The one-of-a-kind bridge connects the west coast of the Scottish mainland to the island of SeilColin Mackie was travelling to the island of Seil just off thecoast when he spotted the stunning display on the Clachan Bridge that links the island to the mainland. Due to the Clachan Sound, which connects at each end to the Atlantic Ocean, the bridge has come to be known as the 'Bridge over the Atlantic'.

The bridge is one of the few places inBefore long, the post had received more than 2,000 likes, and over 160 comments. Fellow Facebook users were quick to share their thoughts on the pics. One wrote:"Drove over it in an 18-tonne lorry for work yesterday and it looks just as beautiful in your pics as it does with my own eyes."
A second commented:"Saw this for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Just magnificent - and excellent pictures."The photos show the pretty fairy foxglove clinging to the bridge.
